Starting from the common love for beauty, style, frills, weddings and parties in general, we have created a group dedicated to evets planning: Bon Bon Studio.
Come anticipato, oggi è con grande orgoglio e soddisfazione che vi presentiamo nel dettaglio il frutto di mesi di lavoro che hanno coinvolto diverse persone speciali nella creazione di un progetto per noi molto importante. Partendo dal comune amore per la bellezza, lo stile, i dettagli vezzosi, i matrimoni e le feste in generale, abbiamo creato un collettivo dedicato all’organizzazione eventi: Bon Bon Studio.
The Bon Bon Studio was born when we realized that there was a void in the event planning industry in Italy. We have created a full-service events and destination wedding planning group that offers the best of Italian tradition fused with a fresh and international perspective.
Il Bon Bon Studio nasce dalla volontà di andare a colmare un vuoto che secondo noi esiste nell’industria dell’organizzazione eventi in Italia. L’obiettivo del gruppo è quello di offrire un servizio completo di organizzazione eventi, matrimoni e destination-weddings, mixando il meglio delle tradizioni italiane con una prospettiva più internazionale.

Probably some of you may have already seen yesterday over at The Sweetest Occasion the first Bon Bon Studio creation. We, infact, took part to the Inspired Creations contest, planned by The Sweetest Occasion and Elizabeth Anne Design.
The idea was to celebrate a bride-to-be with a strong passion for ballet, ballerinas and everything girly and glittery. So we came up with a design full of lovely and sweet details “ballerina related” but also strongly fashionable and fun. Color palette included pink in its most delicate shades, cream and touches of gold.
We used a lot of tulle and ribbons for most of the décor details: as backdrop for both the reception table and dessert table, as material for our DIY suspended decorations, to create the funny photo booth set.
The stationery design was inspired by those carillon with a ballerina turning around where girls can keep their jewels and secrets. They usually have a little mirror inside, so the stationery used the mirror element as a pattern. We think it’s a creative and new way of using such a girly element. The pattern was used on the invitation, the menu, the chignon bar sign and also on place cards. Place cards are our favourite item: they also had a little glassine bag sewed on them with gold glitter inside. So pretty and fun!
Ieri qualcuna di voi avrà probabilmente già visto su The Sweetest Occasion il primo frutto di questa meravigliosa collaborazione. Il Bon Bon Studio ha infatti preso parte al contest Inspired Creations promosso da The Sweetest Occasion ed Elizabeth Anne Design.
L’idea di partenza è stata quella di festeggiare uan futura sposa con una grade passione per il balletto, la danza e per tutto ciò che esiste di femminile e glitteroso. Quindi abbiamo cercato di creare un allestimento ricco di dettagli romantici e dolci ispirati alla figura della ballerina, ma anche estremamente glamorous e divertenti. La color palette includeva il rosa nelle sue sfumature più delicate, crema e tocchi di oro.
Abbiamo usato tanto tulle e nastri per la maggior parte delle decorazioni: come sfondo sia del tavolo da pranzo che di quello dei dolci, come materiale per le decorazioni fai da te sospese, per creare il giocoso photo booth.
La stationery realizzata da Valentina di Cut & Paste è ispirata ad uno di quei carillon con ballerina, al cui interno custodire i propri gioielli e segreti. Di solito questi carillon hanno un piccolo specchietto che è diventato l’elemento di base per un pattern. Crediamo sia un modo creativo e moderno di utilizzare un decoro così femminile. Il pattern è stato poi utilizzato per gli inviti, il menù, il cartello per il tavolo degli chignon e i segnaposto. I segnaposto sono il nostro elemento del cuore: cucita sul cartoncino c’era una piccola bustina con detro polvere oro. Stupendi!
Table was rich in flowers, thanks to the help of Sofia de Il profumo dei Fiori: anemones, hydrangeas, ranunculus, English roses, gypsophila, in white, pink and burgundy shades, with touches of sage green, placed in gold glasses. They were voluptuous yet their textures were delicate and soft. This is the way we imagine a ballerina dancer: elegant and strong yet ethereal and someway fragile. We used gold, transparent glass and pink plates, vintage silver flatware, crystal glasses with gold outlines and a vintage embroidered pink tablecloth. As favour each guest received a pink feathers fan and a tulle and lace flower head band used as napkin ring. Menus included pink and gold dishes… and the dessert table was ultra feminine and classy too: an elegant cake with flowers as topper, pink and glittery macarons, pink French cookies, champagne and gold glitter cupcakes, white meringues, gold, pink and white candies and we also spread some gold lentils all over the table to add a glittery touch.
We set a little chignon table, where the bride and her girlfriends can have their dreamy updo done. The table had a tulle pink tablecloth with little dots, and we set some crystal cake stands on it, where we placed flowers and pearl hair bands, pins, necklaces… everything that can be used to do some beautiful updos. We also placed all around the table a cloud of tulle and some presents.
Last but not least we also created a photo booth corner. Tulle as background and on the floor, gold, pink and white balloons and a lot of funny props: paper glittery crowns, fans, presents, heart shaped and glitter magic wands…
The bride-to-be wore a Momo Galèn creation: a two piece wedding gown with an ivory dress with a flowery handmade corset over a pink tulle petticoat and a pink satin belt with vintage buttons, flowers and beads. She also wore a unique head band, made of tulle with velvet flowers.
Il tavolo era ricco di fiori: anemoni, ortensie, ranuncoli, rose inglesi, gispofila, nelle più diverse tonalità di rosa, bianco e bordeaux, con tocchi di verde salvia, sistemati in vasi oro. Un insieme voluttuoso, delicato e efemminile – è così che immaginiamo ua ballerina: forte ed elegante, ma allo steso tempo eterea e fragile. Il tavolo era allestito con piatti oro, di vetro trasparente e rosa, bicchieri di cristallo profilati d’oro e una meravigliosa tovaglia rosa vintage ricamata.
Ogni ospite ha ricevuto un ventaglio di piume rosa e un accessorio per capelli che abbiamo utilizzato come portatovaglioli. Il menù prevedeva piatti oro e rosa… e il tavolo dei dolci era femminile ed elegante: una piccola torta floreale, cupcakes allo champagne con glitter oro, macaron rosa e biscottini francesi.
Abbiamo anche allestito un piccolo Chignon Bar, dove le ospiti potevano realizzare la loro acconciature preferita. Il tavolo era decorato con tulle rosa a pois, e allestito con alzatine di cristallo pienbe di cerchietti, spille, collane e qualunque altra cosa potesse essere utilizzata per arricchire la realizzazione degli chignon.
E da ultimo il photo booth: tulle come sfondo, palloncino oro e crema e tanti accessori con cui giocare: corone di carta, bacchette mnagiche, ventagli, pacchetti regalo…
La futura sposa indossava due creazioni Momo Galèn: un cerchietto di tulle, pietre e fiori e un abito composto da sottogonna di tulle rosa e abito bianco con corpetto decorato di fiori.
